SAFE DANCE TEACHING 101
Here’s the thing – I want you to get qualified. And I mean properly qualified, with a recognised teaching qualification on a regulated framework (if that’s a bunch of words that mean nothing to you, read my blog post: Why Dance Teachers should be Qualified.
But I also want you to teach safely, so if you aren’t ready to commit to getting qualified, and you DO want to understand how to make your dance classes safe for your students (and for you) then Safe Dance Teaching 101 is a great place to start.
While this is a stand-alone course, it is also aligned to unit 1 of ISTD’s Diploma in Dance Education. If you are already signed up to an ADC it gives you all of the content you need to study at your own pace, you can bolt-on 121 tutor support with me to help you pass.
